We started Hershey Heating & Air Conditioning in 2014 with one simple goal: to serve people well by being uncommon in our industry.

Ryan started Hershey Heating & Air Conditioning LLC in 2014 after working in the industry for six years.
Lindsay plays a key role in leadership and planning, championing team culture and community involvement.
Kevin makes sure that the business is running smoothly so that customers and employees have a great experience.
Matt has been working in the trade for over 20 years and was Hershey Heating & Air Conditioning’s very first employee.
Paul grew up helping his dad on plumbing jobs. Today he is a Master Plumber with nearly 20 years of experience in the trade.
Seth brings years of experience and leadership, ensuring top-notch service and support for HVAC customers and technicians alike.
